I speak five languages — English, Spanish, Russian, German, and French. I negotiate directly with contractors and suppliers in their language, so you don't need to translate or explain anything yourself. You stay informed in whichever language is most comfortable for you, with weekly progress reports.

Over the years, I've built a network of trusted suppliers and contractors in Mallorca and Paris, which rules out unreliable contractors and unjustified cost overruns. I manage the entire process from initial concept to move-in day — coordinating electricians, furniture, deliveries, and decor — so you get a finished result without having to handle any of it yourself.
